I had an amazing stay at this resort. The room was fantastic, with a balcony offering breathtaking views of the sea, Mt Agung, and the balinese theatre stage across the resort. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the excellent buffet breakfast to the afternoon tea and cocktails. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even surprising us with a gluten-free chocolate cake for our wedding anniversary. The cleanliness level was exceptional, and I appreciated the daily maintenance work. The location was great, with easy access to the center and transportation provided, including a shuttle to nearby Bali Collection. The club benefits, such as the yoga lessons and complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge, were a wonderful addition to the experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The manager, Mr. Eka Adinata, personally took care of us and made sure all our needs were met. The suite with a pool was fantastic and provided a private and luxurious experience. The hotel facilities, including the palace pool and private beach, were top-notch. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the location, near Bali Collection and Nusa Dua beach, was ideal.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The grounds were impeccably maintained, showcasing the beautiful Balinese culture throughout. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The room had all the amenities I could think of and more, including thoughtful complimentary gifts. The bed was comfy, the bathroom spacious, and the TV had a good selection of channels. The hotel also had multiple restaurants, three pools, and a baby pool. The breakfast was great, especially the coffee and Earl Grey tea. The location was perfect, close to the center and with a shuttle service to a nearby shopping area.
