My stay at the hotel was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the volcano from my balcony was breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were always there to help. They spoke English fluently and provided great recommendations for restaurants and local activities. The hotel's location was perfect, just steps away from the beach, and I even had the option to rent a scooter at a very competitive price. The breakfast served on my private balcony was a nice touch, and the hotel had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from both the main road and the beautiful beach. Our room provided us with a stunning view of the nearby mount Agung and was spacious and clean. The AC worked well and we had hot water in the bathroom. The large, baldachin bed with a mosquito net was comfortable and cozy. The staff at this hotel were incredibly accommodating. Despite our late arrival, they waited for us and even personally drove our friend to a nearby snorkeling spot. The price of the hotel was also very cheap, making it a great value for money. Additionally, the simple breakfast that was included was good.
Almost perfect: We did experience some issues during our stay, namely waking up to bed bug bites, which was quite unpleasant and ultimately led us to leave the hotel.
Despite this negative aspect, we still highly recommend this place for its other great features.
We had a fantastic stay here in Amed. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the surrounding area, including the volcano. The hotel facilities, such as the AC and private bathroom, were in good condition. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist us. They even provided us with a delicious breakfast every morning, which they brought up to our private balcony. The location of the hotel was perfect, just steps away from the beach. We were also able to rent a scooter at a very competitive price. we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was great too. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the center of this city. We loved being next to a bar with live music. The owners were extremely friendly and always ready for a chat. The breakfast was delicious and we even had the option to enjoy it on our own balcony. We also appreciated the helpful and accommodating staff. They waited for us even when we arrived late at night and went the extra mile by personally driving our friend to a snorkeling spot. Additionally, the price for our stay was very cheap and good.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
